What Makes Us Different from Traditional Lessons?

Who are lessons for?

Lessons are appropriate for children as young as 6 months, once they can sit independently.

What will my child learn?

Every child learns:

  • Rollback-to-float (the most critical survival skill)

  • Breath control and calm recovery in the water

Children who are developmentally ready may also learn:

  • Short-distance swimming

Lesson structure:

  • 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

  • Up to 10 minutes per lesson

  • 4–6 weeks for mastery in most children

Short, frequent lessons align with how young children learn motor skills — efficiently, safely, and without fatigue.

Superior Instruction

Kristine McCarren, DPT brings advanced training in pediatric motor development and aquatic safety, allowing her to tailor instruction to each child’s physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
